Enchilada Sauce

6 cups chicken stock
1 clove garlic; chopped
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
8 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic Salt
1/2 cup white wheat flour
1/4 cup oil

Mix together all ingredients except flour and oil.

Heat over medium heat until boiling.

Mix flour and oil to make a roux.

Add to sauce and stir until thick.

Yields 6 cups.
